I installed Keyficient but am not seeing any notifications.

Make sure your computer is not set to Do Not Disturb. Also, check to see if your notifications are on in general and specifically for Keyficient by going to Windows Settings -> System -> Notifications.
How can I download the latest version of Keyficient?

You can download the latest version at https://www.keyficient.co/updatedversion.
I installed Keyficient but nothing popped up afterwards.

To minimize distractions, Keyficient operates in the background. So, it only provides notifications while you are using Excel/PPT/Word.
I found a mistake in the shortcut Keyficient recommended. What should I do?

Why does the license key prompt appear every time I turn on my computer?

This was a bug in an older version. Please download the latest version of Keyficient to fix this at https://www.keyficient.co/updatedversion.
I installed Keyficient but cannot find where to enter my license key.

Click Show Hidden Icons (the ^ symbol in the bottom right of your screen) and right click the K (Keyficient logo). If that does not work, then try uninstalling and reinstalling Keyficient.
