To minimize distractions, Keyficient operates in the background. So, it only provides notifications while you are using Excel/PPT/Word.

Make sure your computer is not set to Do Not Disturb. Also, check to see if your notifications are on in general and specifically for Keyficient by going to Windows Settings -> System -> Notifications.

Click Show Hidden Icons (the ^ symbol in the bottom right of your screen) and right click the K (Keyficient logo). If that does not work, then try uninstalling and reinstalling Keyficient.
